Steak 'n Shake

NO chili Mac for the third time I have visited this location. Why is it on the menu???? When we finally got our order the hamburgers were lukewarm but fries were hit. The toppings in our burgers were wrong. Why do I keep going back??? Athens location is horrible.

Burger was horrible

The food is amazing but they need to speed it up! It was crazy slow. I was trying to take a break and grab a bite to eat but I sit in drive thur for over 20 mins. & the girl at the drive thur never acknowledge me. Very rude.

I love Steak 'n Shake but it takes much too long for them to get orders completed at the drive-thru. It's a 10 minute wait after placing an order just to get to the window and then another 15 after paying.

The employees were too busy chatting. I waited for my take out for over twenty minutes.

Worst experience time ever we waited on the server for 30 min and that was because I ask otherwise it would have been longer. She said she didn't notice us. Really 30 min and she was the only server at the time

Mini steak burgers were awful, I really wanted a refund.

Left too crowded and we were giving them another chance since we have had nothing but bad service and the atmosphere and layout r horrible
