Great food but very skow

This Steak 'n Shake is not one of the best in the chain (hasn't been since it opened), but they are improving. Originally stepped inside to place a to go order. The MOD told me that he'd be happy to take my order inside, but to go service through the drive thru was given priority so I'd get faster service if I went that route. I appreciated him telling me that rather than just taking my order and making me wait indefinitely.
