haven't been there in a while, but it was great food

They aren't very friendly and rush you through your order. I have had them miss items trying to rush me away. The fries aren't crispy enough sometimes but the amount of food for the money will bring us back.. I wish they would bring back the foot long hotdog..

i love that grill taste

The line was super long and it took forever to get my food. The location isn't that great and it causes some traffic problems

poor customer service as usual

The staff was unnecessarily rude. Cut me off several times and was clearly not listening to my order, as I was asked multiple times to repeat what I had already said. Then the staff became overly sarcastically pleasant when my tone expressed annoyance with having to repeat myself three times.

They didn't verify the order and were rushn so messed up the order gave me my food and said thank you so i pulled off and then realized she hadnt handed me my drinks. They try to kill u with all the seasoning salt ot that hot chili.
