Steak 'n Shake

Our waitress was personable and kind. She smiled and was courteous to us and the children dining with us. She was perceptive and anticipated our needs to prevent any negative experience which are hard traits to find in today's world when it comes to the average person employed in the service industry. I asked for "sweet tea-lots if ice" she brings me a glass of sweet tea with more ice than I'm used to seeing in a beverage and a second smaller glass full of just ice in case I needed more since the tea was fresh and still warm. I'm so used to being disappointed first off with an unpleasant beverage thereby affecting my attitude the rest of my meal. She made my meal pleasant and satisfying enough that I even picked up the tab for my boyfriend's ex-wife who was there with us in post soccer game celebration for their son. :-D

aggravated. ordered chili & they brought it after they brought our other food. should of brought the chili first

When you go in its usually really good service. Just not that time. The waitress was slow and didn't refill drinks.

the shakes are good, but a little pricey.

The drive thru is so so slow and they always forget something.

I recommend going inside. The drive they isn't as reliable.
