Steak 'n Shake

It's very good if you're there inside during the day. The drive thru is usually awful. It takes forever and the man the works the nighttime window is rude. They also always have something wrong in the order.

The grilled chicken salad was really good.

The waitress seemed nice but the cooks/food preparers got my burger fixed wrong and I don't think it was fully correct when I got it back. I was sitting next to kitchen and it sounded like they were complaining because I complained

It was the worst service ever

Waitress was not friendly and had an attitude taking our order. She said listen just tell me what you want on your burger. Very nasty tone.

Had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through for a single shake!! This is not acceptable!

Went through the drive thru, wasn't able to use my coupon which is why I chose steak n' shake. Then I got home and they forgot part of my order. I won't be back for a while.

we got in the restaurant at 9:40 pm at 10:20 pm or orders were taken and at 11 pm or food arrived other people who got there after us received there food quickly but ours was a forty minute wait.
