Steak 'n Shake

I waited in the drive thru for about 15-18 minutes but that was ok because they were very busy and I wanted a Frisco Melt. After leaving and getting about 1.5 miles, I opened the sandwich and the burgers looked like they were for sliders. I drove back only to stand and wait for another 15 minutes or more for them to remake my sandwich. Sadly, the manager was the person on the grill. I was very disappointed. Even the new sandwich was not up to standard. The bread was over cooked.

Hated it tea was nasty I want my money back
