Server was friendly. Burger was decent, but fries had no flavor at all.

Very fast service but one waiter wouldn't leave us alone she just kept talking about my baby. We wanted time to eat our meal and talk as a family.

Was very disappointed with my burger. I got a single (which is enough to fill me up) but the patty I received was pathetic. However, my shake was delicious. Our waitress was very nice but came across as too overwhelming. Bathrooms were in okay condition but could be better. I will give Steak 'n Shake another try soon because of the many coupons from magazines and low price.
