Not only was I in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting but my burger was seasoned with Cajun. which it wasn't supposed to be. after waiting that long I wasn't going back in the drive thru. needless to say a very unpleasant experience along with an unhappy belly

The place was really dirty. Lots of tables waiting on food. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our food.

I went to stake and shake and the waitress lied and said it was closed. She later admitted she lied because she thought my friend and I were dine and dashers

absolutely terrible. service was awful. waitress was extremely rude, distracted, and aggravating. I expected more from Steak 'n Shake.
