No management control, though I don't expect much from a salaried manager wearing yoga pants. Thought they had to be black slacks? Crew joked around most of the time, while floors were dirty and my food was incorrect. At least 2 people without name tags. Don't expect anything else from Steak 'n Shake.

We left bc it was very busy. But we observed the hostess/cashier pulled in TOO many directions. It was a stressfull entry so we left.

the server had an attitude and the food was so slow to come out.
