Took forever and got home and order wasn't made as ordered and very expensive

Stood at the register for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged by the worker. When she finally took my order and was done she just walked away and started taking drive thru orders. She didn't even say anything to me she didn't even hand me the receipt?? Stood there another 10 minutes waiting. Anyway went and sat down and got my food my food was ok but my boyfriends chicken strips were insanely hot. To the point where he couldn't even eat them even after I finished my burger they were still steaming on the inside. Then went to get a to go box because he couldn't eat them there and saw the worker making the food not wearing gloves. It kind of weirded me out but whatever. Probably will not be going back
