It was not clean and really sketchy

Room was not ready when we arrived. Had to wait in the car and we really needed to use the restroom. There was no toilet seat cover and not enough towels. No suitcase rack or hairdryer. Construction above was annoying. Very sketchy area. No wifi password given.
