Steak 'n Shake

Takes for ever to get service. Dining table in. Refills take forever never came by to see how are meal was. Food cold.

It was pretty slow service

For the second time at this store (park at in Saint Petersburg Florida) I waited while employee after employee ignored me waiting to get seated because sign was up saying to wait to be seated. Once seated service got better with exception that again for the second time I ordered my steak burger with out cheese or tomato as I am allergic to fresh tomatoes they cause my throat to close up (can eat them once processed/cooked as in ketchup, sauce) and yellow cheese I break out in hives from. Well they left cheese off but had I not opened bun to add seasonings I would not have seen the tomato and could have ended up needing paramedics.

The lack of communication between team members and management was very obvious causing the back of the restaurant to be very chaotic. My food was ready when I arrived,which I do appreciate, finding a cashier was a choir. I was handed my order and everyone turned and walked away leaving me standing at the counter with my food not paid for. After a few minutes I asked if someone was going to cash me out or was my order somehow free. Finally someone came upfront and took my payment.

Poor customer service and it look me 18 minutes to get my food!

Milk shakes were all melted along with the whipped cream. They were sitting somewhere for a while before we received them. Not happy about this.

The shakes could be thicker
