When we first ordered, my order was accidentally skipped and never made. After waiting over 20 minutes with my friend (who had her food, but was waiting to eat until I had mine too) went and asked what was up. They apologized and graciously remade both our orders very quickly, then gave us coupons for a free meal in the future. While it was a little annoying to wait, they definitely went above and beyond to fix the problem and we really appreciated it. My only remaining complaint is that my burger was a little pink in the middle. This happened to another friend when we were there a few weeks ago, so this seems like it might be a frequent issue. Other than that though, the food and service was spectacular!

Service was good but slow

visited In N Out Burger before heading to Disneyland for the day. The kids like the burger there and animal style fries so we did decided to eat there. Everything was tasty, thank you!
