Steak 'n Shake

All basically ok vegetable soup had sour under taste however

Very long wait and food was just ok

Great employees slow service

Had steak'n shake in a different city a while back, love the food. I guess this place was different or the chain has rebranded but I'm not a fan at all. Long wait line, couldn't eat season fries they where tossed in a rub sauce. The fries look nothing like was pictured on order board.

Hard to get to location, but they were a lot faster than other steak and shakes.

Took to long to get food. Meat on sliders were a smear as well as the bbq sauce I was disappointed to say the least.

Love steak n shake but service was not great today at this location

Fries were soggy and the order taker couldn't seem to remember what we wanted. He asked us several times to repeat the order. Then upsized my drink without me asking for it.

Very long wait for cold food!

The service was very slow. Everything arrived on one check for a party of 15 and every person paid he is money still owed. The catchup bottle on the table for empty.
