More friendly servers, ketchup bottle caked up also it definitely could have been cleaner .

Love Steak 'n Shake but this time wasn't up to par. They were busy but we finally got seated and then the four tables that were seated after us for their food before us and one table was a 6 top. Then we got our food and the fries were cold. :( and they forgot our to go order. Not usually like this so we will be back. Just hope it's not like this next time.

more employees working, nicer servers, fast service, cleaner bathrooms, and make sure the blinds all work.

We went towards the end of lunch rush hour with our 4 children. We waited for 1 hr and were never seated. We had no follow up from the hostess and were never even apologized to for the delay. The really bad part is that we finally gave up and for some reason STILL thought we should just go through the drive through. That was also a mistake. We waited in line nearly 20 minutes before getting our food. By thus time our children were STARVING ... Very very frustrating and disappointing.
