It was really great. Our server was a little slow and messed up a bit more often than I'd like but it was good

I love Steak 'n Shake but the server staff so rude. Walked in sign said wait to be seated, everyone saw me there no one said a greeting or someone would be with me. I finally asked do I seat myself before someone came over to seat me. Food was good, server was nice who waited on us. When leaving I asked the cashier if I could get some more coke, she gave me a look, said and pointed to soda machine is over there. When I said behind the server station she then asked someone if they could fill it who looked bothered and ask someone else to do it. Love Steak 'n Shake but will not be back to that one.

A little slow but good

Great staff but the price was outrageous for the milkshake

Great food. Usually great service. 2 different ladies waited on us. Something must have happened because they stopped taking care of us.
