Great service great milkshake!

I got the wrong shake

Only one woman working while a young kid on shift was outside talking to his friends, she asked several time for his help and he refused. 6 tables were dirty and stayed that way the whole time I was there.

Very slow to get the food. It's was cold when I got it. Probably won't go back to Steak and Shake

Sat down in restaurant. Took us an hour and a half to get food. Manager comped food so I'll give them another try but very disappointed with speed of service.

I never saw my waitress after she took my order the location on 441 in royal palm is terrible

Meghan is the worst server/leader. She is consistent with conversing with co workers and not serving the customers
