Took a little while to get my food. Really good burgers not so good fries.

we ordered twice. once for a inner than later for dessert. both times the order was wrong and both times the server made it seem like our fault at first. then they corrected it. I ordered curds not fries. my husband even heard me ask for it. when the sever brought it he stated that it did not say that on the receipt. I get that. sorry I just assumed I got what I ordered and didn't look at the receipt. then my husband ordered dessert and I asked for sprinkles on my cone. when it came no sprinkles. I said something and I was told that we don't usually put sprinkles on the cone. yes but I asked for them. just letting you know this is not good customer service.

Long wait time

I was slightly disappointed, our first order, our main meal came out just fine but then we finished, went back up, ordered our custard, still dining in, and waited for nearly 15 mins for it to be brought to our table, it never was. We ordered 2 single dish, flavors if the day, so it wasn't complicated, eventually I had to go the counter and tell them we'd been forgotten, she asked what I ordered I told her exactly, she came back to me with just one, saying "sorry about that" then started to walk away I had to call out to her again and explain that I needed the other ice cream as well, so she didn't fully listen to me the first time when I reiterated the initial order.
