For the first time ever, unbeknownst to us, our order wasn't fully submitted to the kitchen after I paid, leaving us to wait for our meal nearly 15 mins. before I went back to the counter to find out what was taking so long. The girl at the register felt horrible, it was not her mistake but she put our order in immediately & then when she brought it to us she apologized again & gave us a card for a free meal & a free custard. Aside from the unusually long wait our food was hot fresh & tasty just like always.

We have had messed up orders where they have forgotten half of our order our food has been cold not the way we ordered it for the staff is horrible they do nothing but joke around with each other we have had to take our food back seven times in two monthsI am calling the general manager of the culvers on 83rd Ave. and Thunderbird in Peoria Arizona worst culvers ever Metro Center culvers is the second worst
