Shake Shack

I love shake shack!!! Wish their burgers were bigger and the salted caramel concrete was around more but it is amazing!

The food is great! However, the wait time for takeout is 15 to 20 minutes. That is a little too long to wait for your food, especially if you're on your lunch break. The price of the food is too pricey. A shake of a medium size should not cost eight dollars. Overall, The restaurant is great. Customer service there is amazing!

Shake shack is very big here in NYC..why don't they make their restaurants bigger? Especially the one in Times Square

My only complaint is due to the lack of space! It was so crowded and there was limited seating. If I had realized that, I would have ordered my food to go. But the ordering counter is very separate from the seating so I didn't notice. My friend and I had to eat standing up, squeezed in at a counter. It was frustrating to see people sitting down and not even eating! Seating should be reserved for people who already go their food.
