Store was neat and very clean.

Had to return a sweater that didn't fit my dog (he seems to be "between" sizes). The return was easy and quick.

The store was neat and clean. They had a large selection of dog food and toys. I was able to find what I was looking for quickly. The animals looked healthy and I stopped by to look at the guinea pigs. The cashier was friendly and offered to carry out my purchase.
