The food was excellent but the restaurant itself was a little questionable. The restrooms were pretty dirty and that made me not want to eat there.

Every time I go to this specific one, the service is terrible. Drive through takes 20-30 minutes, the person at the window is rude, and one time I went with my husband and children and were completely ignored inside too. I've been going to Steak 'n Shake for years before they brought it to Houston and this is by far the worst one I've been to.
