The employee took my order right away and with a smile. My order came quickly and was tasty. Culvers was clean and orderly.

The intercom is horrible. They asked me multiple times to repeat myself and it was hard to hear them. Really needs to be fixed

I don't like the rudeness and it took forever waiting for ice cream by the time it got out to me it was halfway melted already
