I like the food but the restaurant in Mt Juliet is never on top of it. However on Saturday they were better, but it wasn't exactly lunch time either.

Love the Jamaican Jerk Burger; Chantel is a wonderful waitress ; place was clean; food was good.

Oh it's steak and shake. You get what you pay for. It's always takes forever to get the food.

Love the Jamaican Jerk Hamburger. I wish that you offered cooked onions as a regular choice without having to pay extra for them. Place was clean, workers are nice; service was good. Place has improved but they always have new people there.

Very fast service today, which is a huge change. Usually we have terrible service at this location. Food was good. I paid the extra $0.29 to have my fries "seasoned" which ended up being a waste. It's just a sprinkle of seasoned salt and wasn't very good.

Service at this location was better than usual. Food was good and received in somewhat timely fashion.
