Clean; food is pretty good; few healthy choices; workers are friendly; workers are never the same; constant change of workers they always seem short of help. New trainee's all the time.

Only one server; wouldn't read Your App to pay and earn points. Had too Wait long time since there was only one server !

I love steak and shake, but, every single time we go in there we have to wait FOREVER just to be seated. This time there were lots of empty 'dirty' tables but not enough staff to clear and seat!! The ones working were doing their best but definitely didn't have time to be friendly!!

Waited in line to be seated for 10 min to no avail. Very understaffed. Waitresses were running around way over worked. We left without even being seated very frustrated.

Extremely short handed---one waitress for entire restaurant- serving,taking orders, bussing tables, sitting guests-- impossible for just one person to do all alone!! And she did it with a smile. Mgr hid in the back and the other three persons I saw in kitchen walked about in slow motion as our older waitress ran about with a smile trying to do the impossible. Oh and she had to cut up lemons I saw and set up the tables as she cleaned them too!! Amazing middle aged woman!!! The younger ones did very little compared to our super older waitress!!

They only had one waitress for the whole restaurant and she was great! They need more people to work the tables it's the second time I go there and they only had One waitress !

We had horrible service at the mount Juliet location! Would not recommend to anyone! Took 25 minutes to get a glass of water!

They were so severely understaffed that we waited 20 minutes to have our order taken and another 20 to get our food.
