Steak 'n Shake

Last two times I have ordered chili, I have had to complain- they brought it half full one time with no beans, then the next time it was cold and had very few beans. When it is done correctly, it is awesome. Is there a shortage of beans I don't know about?

The food was good, but it took forever for the attendant to take the order of the two cars in front of us. Then, it took a long time for the food to be cooked. This is the longest I've ever waited at Steak-n-Shake.

20 mins to be seated at non-peak time. 15 mins to get order in. 15 mins to get drinks. 30 mins to get food. 20 mins waiting for shakes. Eventually gave up on shakes and left! Awful management. Truly pathetic!

Never got to the food after 30 minutes of waiting asked if they had started the food and they had not so told them to cancel the order and left and dined someplace else

Terrible service. We left and went to Five Guys. No one was getting seated and people were walking out complaining.

Rude employees

Rude service. Cold food

Food sucked!!! Cold and greasy!!! Sprite was just carbonated!! I will never go back!
