The burger I had was absolutely perfect! Delicious, cooked right, amazing taste. The fries weren't very good though; very bland, nothing special. The price is wonderful for so much food, and the employees were pretty friendly. It was lunch time, so it was a bit on the slower side compared to the nearby competition. But it was better than Burger King or McDonald's!

It's always super slow, but the people are usually fairly friendly. Well last night, the cashier who took our order was incredibly rude. She told us to hold on when we got there, then didn't even ask in a nice way what we wanted or say sorry for the wait. She assumed we wanted combos when we just wanted the sandwiches, then treated us like we were stupid. It made my mom feel bad, which is unacceptable. She was so impatient that my mom got confused and forgot to even order something for herself! Then she didn't even say have a good night or thank you or anything when she handed us our food. The food was delicious, but the customer service left an awful taste in my mouth!
