On my lunch break, I went to White Castle. Drive thru was backed up so I decided to go inside... Should've stayed in drive thru... I waited 15-20 minutes for food... The guy taking my order was nice, but rang my food up wrong. I told him more than once what I wanted, read it word for word how it read from menu, and he rung it up wrong. I had a lady making food fix it right for me. Granted White Castle was busy, I don't know if they were under staffed or what. Food didn't taste as good as usual, looked to be thrown together as well. Rough experience

Ordered my burgers with no onion. Rang up correctly, made with extra onions though. Drink should've been medium instead of small, when I told drive thru lady it should've been a regular drink, she laughed. I don't know if that was at me or at maybe someone she had been talking to

Based on this visit to White Castle, I was dissatisfied... I was asked to "pull up" and wait my order while they attended other drive-thru customers. I had to wait 15 minutes in a parking spot until my food was finally brought out.. When it was brought out, my fries were extremely cold
