I was highly satisfied with the service and the care of the staff for the animals as well as the knowledge of the animals. My only concern was when a hamster jumped out of the hands of a staff member and it fell. He was able to catch it between his leg and the cage before it hit the ground but I was not comfortable purchasing the hamster that fell. I did purchase a different hamster instead.
