Vanilla shake is too sweet

they have good food

Food was not hot waited a while, staff not very friendly, was slow even handing the bag out the window like something else was more important

Everything went pretty well except for the milkshakes. We ordered six milkshakes and received for two of them were the wrong size. When two more came they were the wrong flavors, so we had to order them again. It took a really long time to receive these as well.

Not good

Steak 'n' Shake has great food, but the service is sometimes not the greatest.

The service we received from our servers was great. The food was good. We could not help but notice that the 2 servers in the dining room were working very hard to cover the 10-12 tables, while a couple others hung out in the drink station area or behind the scenes talking with each other or on their cell phones. I spoke with manager to complement the 2 servers and inform of others workers inactivity. She seemed to not be concerned and not aware of employee work ethics.

We went waited for awhile and they were so busy that we left. Knew it would take forever to get served

they worried about playing and getting prizes from the claw machine and not caring about the customers I never got a refill along with my brother

I don't prefer this place but my boyfriend wanted a certain item.
