Steak 'n Shake

cashier was too busy doing something on her register to acknowledge us at first, then took a while to finish what she was doing before she could take our order. seemed to take an awful long time to get three shakes after ordered.

the service was really slow and the fries were cold.

The food was too greasy and because of that didn't taste good. Luckily it was cheap

Steak 'n Shake is very cheap and that is why I keep going back. But the service and quality are way under par. The people who work there are unprofessional and food is never consistent.

The worst drive thru experience for a fast food place. They make you wait over 5 minutes to take my order and kept telling me they will be with me a minute. When the finally took my order I repeated it over 5 times, I kept saying #14 and they kept telling me the wrong item. I got mad and drove away. I went across the street to Taco Bell.
