Excellent service. Best visit I've had at a Steak 'n Shake.

Good, but took a ridiculously long time to get our milkshakes, and then one of them was wrong and had to be remade. but the waitress was wonderful

Good location. Didn't take too long to get our food. Staff was friendly.

Fresh food

The wait was unusually long. I waited for over three minutes at the speaker to place my order after I was told she would be with me in just a minute. The wait from the window to the speaker was about 10 minutes. My fries were cold. My tea had no ice/melted ice by the time I got it. Luckily the frisco melt was hot.

Our waitress never really talked to us minus getting the order and giving us our food. We wanted to take our shakes to go and she never came around so we had to ask somebody else to help us.

Great prices and good food. Love the free kids meal on weekends. Please don't change anything!

I love their food, bit the last two times they can't seem to get the garlic burger right.
