We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and weren't even apologized to. Then we pulled away and realized my husband received a different burger than he ordered, so he had to go inside and wait longer to get it fixed. Ridiculous.

awful experience. restaurant was filthy I actually gagged when I went in the bathroom. it looked and smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. the floors in the dinng room were dirty. took forever to place our order even though there were 10 or so staff members seemed only one was taking orders. worst steak 'n shake I've ever been in.

Terrible service at the Katy location. So many employees yet such slow and unmotivated environment. Took forever for food, the food was wrong, and even took us forever to get seated!

Roach crawled over my foot while I was eating. Roaches in the bathroom. Just disgusted
