Our waitress was very nice but she messed up our drink order and it took way too long for it to be corrected. Then, there was confusion on our part about the food order when it arrived and it completely annoyed the server. I get that she was annoyed with us because we were confused but that should never be evident to the consumer. She was completely out of line with her poor attitude. Then my son, who is 8 and also the reason we were there, to celebrate his birthday , said "may I please have a glass of water" and she responded with an extremely sarcastic "sure" and then never returned with the water. My wrap was so messy that I could hardly eat it. The dressing was all over the outside of the wrap and was extremely messy. I'm very disappointed to say the least. My kids always choose red robin for their "special dinners" but because of this poor experience, we will rethink this option.

The burger was just ok. It was supposed to have guacamole but didn't. I had to ask for it. The fries were ordered crispy but came back anything but crispy. It took so long for them to come out we didn't say anything.

We used to love this Red Robin. But it seems to be declining with its age. The staff isn't as friendly, not nearly as attentive and the food takes too long. We got there at 1115, only 15 minutes after they opened. There were about 5 customers already seated. The kid behind the hostess desk didn't even look up and said "be with you in a minute"...and it was four minutes. I timed it. And he wasn't even doing something that couldn't wait. It set the whole negative tone for the rest of our visit.
