Employees had attitudes, didn't seem to want to assist and left out items on order

They are very slow at this location, the staff seems to move around very casually as opposed to like they are working. The two menu items I ordered they were out of. I was extremely disappointed considering the one thing I was going there was the Octoberfest Burger and they were completely out of the stuff to make it
