Red Robin

Our server was horrible. He would check on his two other tables but not us. It got to the point where I had to get the host to get out server. All I needed was a refill.

Were not offered any drink or fry refills. Were not given any flatware. Very poor service.

Horrible service and the food was not good at all like it is in West Covina, the Lakewood location is horrible. Took them forever too bring out the nasty food and no one was even there. It was the middle of the day and slow and I still barely ever seen the waitress

Terrible service. It wasn't busy and it took 1hour to be seated. Once we were seated it took an additional 15 minutes for a waitress to even come by. Flagged down the manager and explained that we had been sitting for 15 min and haven't even met our waitress and had our beverage orders taken.. No one cared to check up on us during our stay. Terrible service

It took over 45 minutes to have our food plus it was cold not tasty

Horrible service and the food came after a long wait. The restaurant was pretty empty and I now understand why
