There are almost never any employees on the floor. On two separate visits I had to wait at the counter for someone to come out of the office to run the register. The very few associates that actually work always appear very bothered by customers.

It looked like the store was redoing their dog food section and a lot of items were missing or out of stock. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for and only got about half the items on my list.

Walked around the whole twice and I never could find a shopping cart. Because of this I had to limit my purchases to what I could carry. I definitely would have purchased more had I had a cart.

Worst experience. Very disappointed. 5+ employees but nobody would help me so I left.. Called back and put on hold for over 3 mins and I had to hang up
