Everything is automated-ordering, paying the bill & yet the tip meter on the automated system expects a 20% tip!

Staff forgot about us multiple times.

Food is ok, I've had better burgers. Service is usually pretty bad.

The service was very slow and they used a machine that wasn't working at all and made it incredibly difficult to order and pay

I was disappointed with the food and service despite it not being very busy.
