I seldom go to our Red Robin in Fayetteville but have been Twice in 2 weeks. This time was to celebrate my husbands birthday.. Our waitress was impersonal, rushed (not over busy at all), when we ask for my husband to get the birthday ice cream sundae or shake.. & to sing (my young grandchildren wanted this very much). She replied since we had already paid by the machine on the table she could ring a birthday dessert. I ask for them to just sing.. She said they couldn't.. While waiting on a carry out container, they were singing to people at other tables. I always go to red robin in Apex, NC with my same grandkids.. The service is superior and the food is MUCH BETTER. My granddaughter is the only one satisfied with her food.
