Visiting CA and so excited for INOB! Over 20 minutes in drive-through line, special order done with no mistakes and....cold fries and NOT FULLY COOKED thin patty! WTF? You can't cook your burgers???

Very difficult to confirm order with drive thru member seemed like he wasn't listening. Had to confirm multiple times to repeat order because it was repeated back wrong. Longer wait than normal.
