Good French fries

Always yummy, but fries are very rarely "light well" normal cool is too floppy and well is burnt to a crisp, can't I get a happy medium?

I didn't really like the product. Thought the burger was nothing special.

The place was very dirty. Did not get a good vibe. Staff was not too friendly. Definitely not on par with other in n outs i go too.
