Great food. But it gets way too busy during lunch hours. I only get a 30 minute lunch so I never get to eat here often.

The good tasted a bit gross to the one we went but usually when we go to the one in our city it is never disappointing

Burger was pink in the middle and I asked for it to be well done

Animal fries????

They don't have gluten free bread

First it took way too long to get into the drive thru there was some sort of night car show. I wasn't sure if this was typical. The drive thru itself took 30 minutes to get our food. The employees seemed rushed like they were short staffed. After getting our food our fries were cold. The burgers were rushed half of my burger didn't even make the bun. A good number of them were still cold in the middle. In and wait for it... Wait for it... Then out burger is what the Pacific Commons location in Fremont should be called. I really enjoy the union city location but lately their fries have tasted stale.
