In-N-Out Burger

SO SLOW. fries were burnt

All my past experiences were very good. This is the first time that the food was not good. (The bun was burnt and the burger hard and dry)

First of all the employees were so rude. Especially what looked like the crew manager. She mugged me and my for workers repeatedly. Second of all, they messed up my co workers order and they got an attitude like if it was my co workers fault for be allergic to tomatoes. Then an employee grabs three bags full of food and calls out the numbers expect mine and throws all the receipts away. And started freaking out because they didn't know who it belonged too. So he shoves his hands in the bag and tries to figure out what's the order and then he calls for the same what looked like manager for help and she shoves her hands in the bag as well. So the employee goes in the dumpster where they throw the receipts and takes out a paper and calls for my number. I was so mad but I didn't want to deal with the manager so I got my food just to throw it away!!!!!! This is the only in -n-out in my city and I've never have problems before. Ugh makes me mad/sad
