Must say it was the first time that I wasn't completely satisfied with my service. Watched the kitchen people put my order by the door, saw the girl look at it, then proceeded to make a shake and do a couple other things before she gave me the order which was to eat in the car. It was only maybe 90 seconds but seemed longer as my food sat there getting cold!

There is quite a few locations in town but this has to be the slowest one! If I want a burger I need to plan it out cause the line is always long! Thank goodness they had both windows open this visit. I feel it would make it better if the staff would be a tad appreciative and say thanks for waiting..you ordered.....?
