At around 11:30am on September 10, the speaker system and the drive thru register that printed receipts was not working, so they had a guy standing outside taking all of the drive thru orders and payments. I didn't get his name, but he was SO friendly and helpful, even though it was extremely hot outside. He was VERY cheerful and had a great attitude even though he was sweating and running back and forth from cars to the front window. That guy was awesome. The woman inside the nice air conditioned restaurant who handed us our food through the drive thru window was grumpy and kind of rude, definitely not friendly like the poor man out in the heat.
