The buns were burned and the meat wasn't fully cooked. The fries were soggy and oily. I doubt I go back ever again.

Normally In-n-Out is flawless. Tonight I was let down. My double-double did not have extra cheese as I had requested, the bun was dry, and my fries were over-cooked mostly crumbles. :(

Normally my experience here is perfect. Today, they got our order incorrect twice and didn't give us fresh fries until we asked because they were so cold by the time they got the burger right.
