the meat was not cooked thoroughly. There was still pink inside. I also had to wait almost 10 minutes before my order came to the counter

I still don't understand how people pull up to the front window in the drive-through in and say whoops can I change my order I want to add something to my order to the person know Portland and come inside the store simple customer service because my customer service up to snuff 20 people behind you
