Usually excellent service; however, this time the female who was attending to the drive through orders was distracted and short.

We ended up not ordering food because the line was so long and was moving so slow

Found a white hair in my animal fries. Workers were apologetic and quickly gave me a new order

Frustrated with the attitude you receive when you let them know your order is not correct. I don't think I'll go back to this particular in n out for a while. They were very rude
