Service was very slow

I was not pleased with the length of time I waited with NO ONE in front of me and all I ordered was an iced tea... As well as the tea that I am accustomed to from a Santee Ca. Location is ALWAYS fresh this tasted as if it were instant and was very cloudy. I which ex if have ordered something else . Thanks but a bit disappointed
