The person who took our order in the drive-thru didn't seem to care and kept looking at other things, getting distracted, and didn't put down an item of food.

Food always fresh, hot & delicious. Wait was long but overall customer service was very good. Very busy location.

The line for the drive thru was ridiculous and the wait was 45mins. What's the point of calling it fast food. And the food was mediocre! I get that they were rushing but to the point where my animal fries barely had any onions or spread, come on

They forgot our cheese fries even though they repeated the order back. Had to drive all the way back from the other side of Riverside to get my fries. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL! Didn't offer any additional food for compensation.
